SUNY New Paltz:
SUNY New Paltz was the first college to make a commitment to Winter Sun Farms. Last season they where are biggest institutional buyer and they are planning to do more this year. Steven Deutsch, Campus Auxiliary Services, Ralph Perez-Rogers, General Manager Campus Dining Services and Matt Flusser, Asst. Director of Campus Dining where instrumental in getting more local foods into the SUNY dining halls.
Vassar College:
Vassar College is only a few miles from our processing kitchen in Poughkeepsie. Kenny Oldehoff the Associate Director of the Retreat, has been a leader in procuring more local products for Vassar College. Kenny is a leader in the local food movement and helped to start the new Rosendale Farm Market. We look forward to doing even more with him.

Ruth Molloy the food buyer for the High Falls Co-op jumped at the chance to be the first store to carry Winter Sun Farms product. The Co-op is a bastion of local food and community spirit and we are proud to be feature there.
