We will walk out to the field with the farmer, pick our vegetables, then go into the kitchen to prepare a wonderful, farm fresh dinner together. Recipes will be created on the spot based on what's available in the field. I Look forward to seeing you there! Advanced registration is a must. Class size limited. Come meet with farmers and other locally conscious eaters to discuss food sources, share stories and encourage each other. Please bring a dish using local ingredients along with recipes to share. And, to further support sustainability by eliminating unnecessary waste, please bring non-disposable eating utensils, plate/cup and cloth napkin for your personal use.
